From Paris to Berlin

At Ruby&Red, we regularly receive applications from foreign interns. Therefore, we have ended up having wonderful interns from Grenoble in France and Lisbon in Portugal, and today we have a delightful intern from Dortmund in Germany.

We have never quite understood how they find us because our SEO efforts are not that intense. Regardless of how, we are grateful to be on their radar.

Working with interns from other countries is indeed a great gift. They bring a strong work culture and a tremendous sense of gratitude for even experiencing a smaller workplace with an entirely different approach than the ones they come from.

Azur elevating our Creative Circle celebration

“I was welcomed by the 3 kindest, and most benevolent ladies, who trusted me to evolve within their agency, and to live an experience based on learning, discovery and creation.”

Be the big fish

Often, their local options involve applying to larger, more conventional agencies where they are just a small cog in a larger production chain. With us, they can receive a lot of attention and guidance, along with a high degree of responsibility and freedom to work not only on their skills but also on their creativity.

The enthusiasm they experience is contagious and also motivates us in our daily work.

At the same time, they are a huge help. Their skills are typically diverse, and their work is of high quality. From a detailed focus on tasks in various Adobe programs to actual idea development and, not least, practical assistance in photo and film shoots.

“During my time as an intern I always felt I was a member of the team. I will remember my time at Ruby&Red as a very important part of my work life.”

City love and added spice for lunch

Moreover, there is an important social dimension for us. When we showcase Copenhagen to our guests, we experience our city from its best side, and we are much more alert to the cultural offerings it provides during the intern's stay here.

During lunch at the office, the conversation is lively because they are particularly curious and eager to know about us, our work and Copenhagen life in general, and it's exciting to compare cultures and feel that we can make a real difference in their educational journey.

I have learned so much and had such a great time. I especially appreciated their faith in my skills and the trust they put in me and my creativity”

-       Pia Börger, Dortmund

To the next interns we say:

Bienvenue, Willkommen, Benvenuto!
